Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rizon LLC ("Rizon," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of wavalid (the "Service"), available at wavalid.rizon.agency. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What wavalid does

wavalid validates whether phone numbers are registered and active on WhatsApp, in real time, delivered through a REST API, an MCP server, a web dashboard, and a Chrome extension. Numbers you submit for validation, and the result of each check, are stored on your account, including inside batches you create to group related validations.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and payment

The Service is credit-based. You purchase credit packs as one-time, non-recurring purchases; purchased credits do not expire. Credits are consumed as you use the Service (for example, per number validated).

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), acting as merchant of record for these transactions. Polar's own terms and privacy policy govern the payment relationship, including invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and payment-method handling. We don't store your payment card details.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details on when purchased credits are eligible for a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, or to facilitate spam, harassment, or fraud.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted by a written agreement with us.
  • Use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. API and MCP access

If you use the REST API or MCP server, you're responsible for how your integration uses validation results, and for complying with WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms where applicable to your use case. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the third-party platforms whose numbers you validate against.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Real-time validation depends in part on third-party infrastructure outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that validation results are complete or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizon won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an update here or notifying you by email). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or if required by law. Unused credits are handled per our Refund Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
