Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Credit packs are one-time, non-recurring purchases. There's no subscription to cancel. Purchased credits don't expire, and they aren't refundable once purchased, whether used, partially used, or unused.

2. Billing errors

The one exception: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction on your account), contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate and correct it.

3. Payment processing

Any correction under section 2 is issued back to your original payment method through Polar (polar.sh), our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.

4. Enterprise agreements

If you're on a custom Enterprise agreement, billing terms are governed by that agreement rather than this policy.
